Sorrel Green

Description

This herb plant will allow you to grow your own tasty Sorrel from home. They are perfect for beginners, largely due to their hardy and easy to care for nature, whilst they will continue to provide delightful produce for years to come. The process of growing these plants means you can take pride in your work and get others involved as the plants progress from start to finish. They will provide great culinary benefits by adding delightful taste and flavour to meals such as soups, salads, stuffings, fish and egg dishes, plus many more.

The best time for planting them in the garden is in Spring, with Summer seeing their most substantial growth period. You can choose whether to grow them indoors or outdoors, but make sure that they receive plenty of sunlight at all times so they can thrive. Due to being pretty drought tolerant, watering can be carried out to maintain a moist texture in the soil, so that it is never too dry or overwatered.

Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may, therefore, differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. This plant will be supplied in a 14cm growers pot.
