Description
Phlox paniculata ‘Sptsommer’ is an upright perennial with lance-shaped green foliage. From midsummer into early autumn, it produces dense clusters of pink flowers with darker centers. These blooms attract bees and butterflies while adding vibrant colour and ecological value to borders, cottage gardens, and mixed perennial beds.
Thriving in fertile, moist but well-drained soil, ‘Sptsommer’ prefers full sun to partial shade. Regular deadheading of spent flowers encourages continued flowering and helps maintain a tidy habit. Phlox paniculata ‘Sptsommer’ combines elegant colour, fragrance, and wildlife support, making it a rewarding choice for UK gardens.
