Tanacetum ‘Robinson’s Red’ – 2026

Description

Tanacetum ‘Robinson’s Red’ is a clump-forming perennial with ferny, dark green foliage and striking deep red, daisy-like flowers with golden centres that bloom from mid to late summer. The upright stems and vibrant flowers provide strong architectural interest and bright colour in borders, cottage gardens, and mixed perennial plantings. Its flowers attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies, enhancing the ecological value of the garden.

Thriving in full sun with well-drained soil, Tanacetum ‘Robinson’s Red’ is hardy and low-maintenance. Cutting back after flowering helps maintain a neat habit and encourages fresh growth. Its combination of bold flower colour, structural form, and wildlife appeal makes it a versatile and rewarding choice for adding summer interest to a wide range of garden settings.
