Petunia White Basket Plants

Description

Providing a massive, clean cascade of bright white trumpets, the Petunia White is a mat-forming trailer that looks spectacular when breaking up mixed colour baskets. It is entirely frost-tender, features musky, scented leaves, and grows incredibly fast when positioned in full, direct sunlight. It acts as a brilliant, sterile neutralizer that ties together clashing colours while completely ignoring the local pollinating insects.

This vigorous plant thrives only when the soil moisture is kept ‘normal’ and highly consistent throughout the growing season. Reach for your watering can the exact moment the top surface of the compost feels dry, ensuring the heavy vines stay perfectly hydrated. Keeping the root system in a damp, spongy environment stops the white flowers from turning brown at the edges during a hot afternoon.

Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
