Description
Hosta ‘Dream Queen’ is a medium-sized perennial that forms a dense, rounded mound of thick, heart-shaped leaves. The foliage exhibits a striking contrast with its broad blue-green margins and narrow creamy-yellow centres that mature to white as the season progresses. The leaves are slightly cupped and corrugated, adding texture and interest to shaded garden areas.
In mid to late summer, ‘Dream Queen’ produces tall scapes adorned with clusters of white flowers, adding vertical interest and attracting pollinators. This cultivar thrives in moist, well-drained soils and prefers partial to full shade. It is relatively low-maintenance, requiring minimal care to thrive and provide year-round interest in the garden.
