Aquilegia ‘William Guiness’

Description

Aquilegia William Guiness is an absolute showstopper, boasting highly dramatic, near-black maroon outer petals that contrast fiercely with a pure white centre. This intense, two-toned aesthetic makes it a highly prized specimen plant for gardeners seeking bold, immediate visual impact.

Plant this striking variety in loose, nutrient-rich earth and ensure it receives bright, dappled light to truly show off the intense colour contrast. Water deeply to encourage a robust, downward-reaching root system, and rigorously deadhead the blooms to keep the unique genetics strictly controlled.

Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
