Description
Agapanthus ‘Dr. Brouwer’ is a hardy perennial prized for its striking clusters of deep violet-blue flowers that bloom from midsummer into early autumn. The strap-like green leaves form dense, evergreen clumps, adding structure and year-round interest to borders, containers, or sunny garden areas. Its vibrant flower heads attract bees and other pollinators, providing both colour and ecological value.
Thriving in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil, ‘Dr. Brouwer’ is relatively low-maintenance and drought-tolerant once established. Its combination of architectural foliage, long-lasting blooms, and pollinator-friendly flowers makes it an excellent addition to perennial borders, patio containers, or mixed planting schemes.
