Description

Thalictrum delavayi \’Splendide\’ is a tall, clump-forming perennial with finely divided, fern-like foliage and airy panicles of pale pink to lilac flowers that bloom from mid to late summer. The upright, graceful stems provide vertical structure and movement, creating an elegant and ethereal display in borders, cottage gardens, and naturalistic plantings. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, offering both ornamental and ecological value.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil, Thalictrum delavayi \’Splendide\’ is hardy and low-maintenance. Cutting back after flowering helps maintain a tidy habit and encourages fresh growth. Its combination of delicate pink-lilac flowers, architectural form, and wildlife appeal makes it a versatile and rewarding choice for adding height, texture, and late summer interest to a wide range of garden settings.
