Description
Phlox maculata Natascha is a vigorous perennial valued for its upright spikes of soft pink flowers with darker centres that bloom from midsummer into early autumn. The tall flower spikes rise above clumps of green foliage, providing height, colour, and structure to borders, cottage gardens, or naturalistic plantings. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators, enhancing both ornamental and ecological value.
Thriving in fertile, well-drained soil, this hardy perennial prefers full sun to partial shade and forms dense, low-maintenance clumps that return reliably each year. Cutting back spent flowers encourages fresh blooms and helps maintain a tidy habit. Phlox maculata Natascha combines long-lasting colour, wildlife appeal, and resilience, making it a reliable and attractive choice for UK gardens seeking summer and early autumn interest.
