Description
Ligularia dentata ‘Pandora’ is a striking perennial with large, deep green leaves that form a bold, architectural clump in shaded or partially shaded garden areas. Its tall spikes of bright yellow-orange flowers rise above the foliage, creating vertical interest and vibrant summer colour. The blooms attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies, enhancing the ecological value of woodland and moisture-retentive borders.
This hardy perennial thrives in partial shade to full shade and prefers moist, fertile soils. Flowering from mid to late summer, ‘Pandora’ is valued for its low-maintenance growth, dramatic foliage, and long-lasting flower spikes. Its combination of architectural leaves, vivid blooms, and wildlife-friendly qualities ensures it provides both ornamental and practical benefits in shaded garden spaces.
