Geranium macrorrhizum ‘White Ness’ – 2026

Description

Geranium macrorrhizum ‘White Ness’ is a hardy, semi-evergreen perennial valued for its pure white flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer above aromatic, lobed green foliage. The foliage often develops red and bronze tints in autumn, providing year-round ornamental interest. Its vigorous, mat-forming habit makes it an excellent ground cover, suppressing weeds and adding texture and colour to borders, woodland edges, or naturalistic plantings, while also attracting pollinators.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade and adaptable to a range of soils, including poorer and drier conditions once established, Geranium macrorrhizum ‘White Ness’ is hardy and low-maintenance. Its resilience and all-season appeal make it a reliable and decorative addition to a variety of garden settings.
