Description
This gorgeous mat-forming trailer pushes out long, elegant cascades of ivy-like foliage studded with unique, two-toned lavender and white flowers. The Geranium Ivy Leaf Lavender Splash is an exceptionally vigorous grower in the heat, making it an ideal candidate for creating a thick, blooming curtain around the rim of your basket. Despite its striking beauty, it is entirely non-hardy and offers no accessible nectar for passing insects.
To prevent devastating root rot and fungal stem diseases, you must hold off on watering until the compost has had a proper chance to dry out. Push your finger into the soil and wait until the top two inches are entirely dry before you even think about thoroughly saturating the basket. This careful cycle of complete soaking followed by significant drying mimics its natural habitat and keeps the foliage looking crisp and green.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
